Gut Health: Chickpeas are an excellent source of fiber, which helps to maintain normal bowel function and may alleviate constipation. Onions contain a prebiotic fiber called inulin. Inulin and fibers in chickpeas work together to help increase healthy bacteria in the intestines.
Immunity: Yams, chickpeas, onions, and cilantro contain compounds (saponins, quercetin, and dodnecal) that are strong antioxidants, and have anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. Chickpeas also contain zinc, which is a vital nutrient to help multiple aspects of the immune system.

Storage & Preparation
Keep frozen or store up to 3 days in the refrigerator To serve, simply thaw overnight in the fridge or remove the lid and heat in the microwave until desired temperature
Place food contents in a small pot with 3-5 tbsp of water and cover. Cook on low to medium heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently. Let cool to desired temperature before serving!
