Pineapple, Blueberries, Mangos, Kiwi, Chia Seeds, Flaxseed

Brain/Eyes: Chia and flax seeds both contain fat, most importantly omega 3 fatty acids which are essential for brain and eye development.
Bones: In addition to having one of the highest antioxidant levels of all fruits and vegetables, blueberries also contain vitamin K, which is an important nutrient for bone metabolism and formation. Even better, chia seeds also contain calcium which is critical for strong bones.
Storage & Preparation
- Keep frozen or store up to 3 days in the refrigerator
- To serve, simply thaw overnight in the fridge or remove the lid and heat in the microwave until desired temperature
