I Like You Berry Much
This recipe is such a hit with our Tiny customers! Packed with antioxidant-rich fruits and omega-fueled flaxseeds, we’ve heard directly from parents that their little ones go gaga for the cubes and spheres of fruit that they don’t even notice the chia and flaxseeds we’ve snuck in there!
Tiny Tip: Our COO Carolyn adds some Greek yogurt to this recipe every morning for breakfast. Healthy and filling!
Pineapple, blueberries, mangoes, kiwi (when in season) or dragon fruit (when in season), chia seeds, flaxseed

Key Health Benefits
Brain/Eyes: Chia and flax seeds both contain fat, most importantly omega 3 fatty acids which are essential for brain and eye development.
Bones: In addition to having one of the highest antioxidant levels of all fruits and vegetables, blueberries also contain vitamin K, which is an important nutrient for bone metabolism and formation. Even better, chia seeds also contain calcium which is critical for strong bones.
