Originally from Eastern Europe and parts of Russia, Borscht is a delicious, nutrient-packed soup made with red beets and has a slightly sweet, earthy flavor. Our deep ruby-colored version is super healthy; packed with beets (iron), potatoes (vitamin C, potassium, vitamin B6) and cabbage (vitamin K, vitamin C, fiber), it’s also an excellent source of magnesium and folate.
Tiny story: Originally from Finland, Sofia has been enjoying Borscht since childhood! “I love it on a cold winter night with a dollop of sour cream. Borscht is super versatile, my mom calls it the original ‘superfood’. It also works really well served cold."
