I got the (cauli) power! This vegetable is filled with Vitamin K, Vitamin C, folate and choline - all essential nutrients for babies and toddlers. We wanted to create a healthier version of fried rice so we chose to use cauliflower as our “rice” instead! We boosted this recipe with baby and toddler-friendly veggies like carrots, peas and shiitake mushrooms to add extra flavor and texture.
Brain: Choline, a nutrient found in cauliflower, is an important nutrient for brain development and the nervous system as it plays a role in neurotransmitter production and DNA formation.
GI Health: Peas, carrots and cauliflower provide a good source of fiber, which helps with digestion and constipation. Ginger is also a spice that aids in digestion.

Storage & Preparation
Keep frozen or store up to 3 days in the refrigerator To serve, simply thaw overnight in the fridge or remove the lid and heat in the microwave until desired temperature
Place food contents in a small pot with 3-5 tbsp of water and cover. Cook on low to medium heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently. Let cool to desired temperature before serving!
