Oatmeal has deep roots in Scotland, thanks to the country’s unique climate. Apple pie, believe it or not, also came to us from across the pond, and first appeared in European recipe books in the 14th century! We’ve infused this classic dish with gluten-free oats, cinnamon, ginger and vanilla. With no added sugar, we’ve made our “Apple Pie” oatmeal delicious, palatable, and extra nutritious for your little one.
Tiny Story: As a wee 13-year old, our community manager Antonia made an apple pie for all her classmates on Pi Day (3/14) and expanded her friend circle three-fold! Try it! (P.S. 5/13 is National Apple Pie Day)

Energy: Oatmeal is a good source of iron which helps provide oxygen to cells for energy. Vitamin C from the apples and cloves helps to absorb this iron. Complex carbohydrates, fiber and protein from this meal provide a source of sustained energy for your baby.
Bones/Growth: Oats also provide a good source of zinc, which is a critical nutrient for infant and childhood growth. Manganese and magnesium are also found in high levels in oats, which are important minerals for bone formation and maintenance.
Storage & Preparation
- Keep frozen or store up to 3 days in the refrigerator
- To serve, simply thaw overnight in the fridge or remove the lid and heat in the microwave until desired temperature
